Self Help

OK, now this section is a new one for us. Now you might be asking, " why would they be showing us how to do all these things for free?".

Well the simple answer is, we already do! That right! Most of the articles, hints and tips you will find throughout this section of our website should be covering the types of questions and answers we usually help with over the phone. In particular the quick questions that normally only require a 2 minute answer. For years now, we haven't charged a cent for these quick response questions.

If we find a particular quick question asked of us, and we haven't already provided the answer online, and providing we have the time at hand, we will endeavour to publish the answer, guide or tip in here. Of course we all know giving everyone the answer once over the phone doesn't mean in six months from now you will remember that answer when you have the same problem. In fact, we hope this solution will benefit us as much as you.
