1. HARDWARE MADE SIMPLE

We can offer your prefered hardware specification, or recommend hardware specifications that come inclusive with; installation, configuration, training and on-site service for the life of our agreement.

2. COSTS SIMPLIFIED

All toners, drums, rollers, fusers and maintenance kits are all included, for the life of the agreement, in one simple cost per page.

Simply put, our single cost per page structure includes everything except electricity and paper.

3. FIXED PRICING

Unlike your existing copier or printer suppliers who raise the click charge ever 6 or 12 months, Dynamic Technology Services print solution offers a fixed cost for the term of our agreement. Know your printing costs upfront, for the entire life of the agreement.

This ensures the great saving you will make now, will continue into the future.

4. FLEXIBLE PRINTING ESTIMATES

If you print over your estimates, you are only invoiced quarterly. This ensures that your conservative printing volume estimates can be amortized over three months.

This means you can print over your estimated volume one month, and under your estimated volume the next etc. Some other companies will charge you even if you under print for a month.

5. FLEXIBLE AGREEMENTS

We degisgn your solution to change with your requirments. Need more hardware, less hardware, we can change your solution and agreement to suite you as your business changes.

6. CASH CREDIT

Dynamic Technology Services can pay a cash credit to you for your old printing hardware. So not only do we reduce your printing costs, we can take your old hardware away and pay you for it.
